Occasional Black Screen

I've been getting sudden black screens at what seems like completely random times during games. Sometimes if I click around the screen it'll cut back to what's going on but more often I'll have to alt-tab to try to get back. Sometimes after I alt-tab the game won't return to the screen so it's basically lost at that point. I'm playing through Steam on 1600x900 resolution.

I changed the resolution to 1240x720 and didn't have the black screen problem once in an extended game, so I suppose that fixed it.

Apologies I didn't manage to reply to you earlier. Indeed, all "black screens" issues are related to resolution problems. Try running the game at a 16:9 resolution. I'm working on support for 4:3 resolutions at the moment, and we're going to release a patch shortly.
