Small Bug: NaN (Not a Number)

Hello,

I noticed this in USA Sandbox Campaign. On the "Mission Configuration: Flight Test" Screen, the value for Mission Cost is not displayed, it shows only 'NaN' so there seems to be a wrong variable type somewhere.
