Cant constract the rocket

have the rocket and the payload over 80% and it says I can construct it but in vehicle assembly building when I hit assemble mission I get only the backround and cant costruckt anything what is wrong?

That looks very odd. Which resolution are you running the game in?

have found the problem. is is when I was running in window mode resolution was 1768x992 when the screen was 1920 x 1080 and second screen had a move running.
