IMMORTAL FIRE DISPATCHED
Moderators: hammy, philqw78, terrys, Slitherine Core, Field of Glory Design, Field of Glory Moderators
Having received no reply from any of my contact attempts with Slitherine, JDM direct, and through the FoG forum regarding the failed delivery of my pre-order of Immortal Fire, my patience has run out. I wouldn't mind so much if there had been some sort of feedback, but as I paid for this item -in advance- back in February, I now demand my money back.

Sorry you are having problems but we have not received any mails from you. Please check your mail is getting through. You have to verify yourself to the spam filter. What e-mail address are you sending to? There are over 50,000 mssages in the forum and we do not read every one so posting here and hoping we see it is unlikely to work.
Good response Ian and I take your point on the forum messages.
I cant check that my emails are getting through. All I will ever know is that they have been rejected, as the server sends out an 'undelivered' message.
As far as I know, I have verified myself through the spam filter. Still have the Activation Key email.
The email on 13th April was to admin@slitherine ... and wasnt bounced by the server. Therefore it successfully landed somewhere.
The reason for that email was that I was suspicious of the 'system' as I had received an 'order fulfilled' email long before the advertised publication date.
Not a good thing to have a customer defend themselves though.

The spam filter sends a challenge e-mail to you asking you to verify you are a real person, not a spam bot. You click the link in the message and you're off. It's not the same as the forum registration - that's a different matter. Anyway, mail your porder details or PM them through the forum to one of us and we'll find out what's going on. The orders have all been dispatched so it's probably the reliable Royal Mail taking their time.
