Scottish Open 29-30 November 2014, Perth, Scotland

Hi

The Scottish Open will be run 29-30 November 2014 here in sunny Perth, Scotland. Its FOG AM, Open 800 Point List, basho with 2 games on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Entry is £25 and this will include breakfasts, lunches and scooby snacks. Happy to take payment on the day as long as folks let me know they are a'comin. The basho will count towards BHGS rankings for those interested in that sort of thing. The basho is open to all and we'd love a healthy delegation from south of the wall regardless of what happens in September. Failing that we will, grudgingly, accept the usual not so healthy lot (you know who you are!) . "Cam wan, come aw - the guantlet is on the flair!"

Breakfast (2nd breakfast for some!) at 0830 at Luncarty Juniors Football Team Clubhouse, Luncarty on Saturday fellahs. Chef Eric is poised (rather too close to "poi son ed" for my comfort) to deliver his customary culinery delights. Never the less for those who are a) alive b) not in Perth A&E and c) upright and not doubled over the urinals there will be prizes for 1st. 2nd and 3rd, earliest commander bumped off and baggage rifled. There will also be the top prize of Scottish Open Sportsman of 2014.

The "who wants to be on the podium" pre dict o meter has been again brought out and dusted down by Spotted Dog Enterprises due to popular demand. The PDOM has built the first round draw into its complex roundof calculations and has spat out the following forecast.

Nothing but first place will do it, it seems, and he's sending out a clear message to pole position man Rob Roy Taylor. Looks like the are rrrrready to rrrrumble!
