I have downloaded and installed the latest v3.0. However, the Info and Dialog boxes are in German. I attempted to select the British flag from the menu before starting the new game butit made no difference. The Strings data kooks to be English but I do not know where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Hmm... guys...
I keep getting a CRC error when trying to run it and thats even after i copied the Mss32 and steam_api files.
Went back and checked, the 2.0 still works flawlessly here. Its something to do with the 3.0 executable.
If i replace the PanzerCorps.exe file, i can launch the game, but then it will be completely without sound.

Hey again, followed you instructions and managed to get the mod working and with sound!
But i found another problem
, the game is entirely in german (only menus are in english), all briefings are in german. I downloaded the translation and unpacked it on the "data" folder and yet both the new US missions and the old missions are still in german. I suspect that only translated the new Japanese missions.
Maybe its a steam version problem? not really sure what to do! Pazifik Korps 2.0 had english briefings but those are in german now.
EDIT: i took a look at the pzloc files and they are all in german (both "normal" and the localization files).
Is that intentional? Are you guys planning to do a new translation for the previous missions in PK 1.0 & 2.0?

So Marco Polo and all the previous released missions are german only? For example, in Pazifik Korps 2.0, the file: "JAP_001_Marco_Polo.pzloc" had a english briefing. Now in 3.0 its in german only (doesnt matter if i change flag on the menu or not).
So, you guys are translating the mod ALL over again? that means we will soon have a translation for Pazifik Korps 2.0 and 1.0?

it was all a bit confusing,but i think i have got to the bottom of it.
from the menu if you click start at midway jap the game instead start's at pearlharbour2.
still in german despite youre new file upload.
this is because of the campaign.pzdat file is made to do it that way.
i checked the file with notepad.
the only way i could get to midway jap in english,
was to start at marco polo then use the cheat code to skip through 36 scenarios.
until i got to midway jap. then it is in english at start.
if you can give me a re-edited campaign.pzdat file so that game starts in english.
then it might be okay.
you can also add the english pzloc & pzscn files from part 2 to scenarios 1 to 36.
then all of part 3 can be in english.

Only the Marco Polo and the Midway USA entires in the main menue works correctly. You need a Korallenmeer-save to play PK3.from the menu if you click start at midway jap the game instead start's at pearlharbour2.

This is my problem, i don't understand this. On my PC the entry points start correctly in english and german. (british flag>english language and german flag>german language)the point is as BRAZIL said both entry points will only start in german.
I need more information for this problem. This problem i can not reproduce on my PC. PK in Steam-version works by me also correctly in english.

still the same old problem.
only one logical possibility left.
your pk3 game file must be different from the one that me & BRAZIL have.
so you need to make that file with full language in,as download in the
DMP download section.
iam using windows7 laptop & can play any other pzcs mod with it.
so as i have stated youre pk3 game file must different to mine.
otherwise iam clean out of ideas to solve the nuisance
