There is a vacancy in Early Middle Ages A division
macsen has been forced to withdraw as he has no internet access at the moment. Therefore, there are now vacancies in the following sections . . .
Classical Antiquity Division B
Later Antiquity Division A
Early Middle Ages Division A
High Middle Ages Division A
Themed event Pool A, Group B.
I will take up some of these gaps myself (particularly HMA and the themed event) unless there is someone else who is interested in them. Please let me know promptly if you are interested. Thanks.

Division D
MikeMarchant's Medaeival Cypriot's (16/36) beat Chris6's Later Poles (27/23)
A battle that could easily have gone either way, with neither Chris or I having much clue what we're doing with armies of this period, but I think the low BG count of Chris' knight heavy army proved too big a disadvantage. Padded out with some MF to raise the break point might well have given a different result.
Thanks for the game, Chris, and bad luck.

Pool B, Group D, Poitiers
lydianed (French) 9/48 v maulet (Anglo-Gascons) 25/25
Exactly the same strategy as Londo with a similar action on the French right. Took a very, very long time though to trudge through the woods.

Lols one poor MI held on v 3 off spear and a knight for 2 turns, not so soft. 60% of Klays army was chewed but it just doesnt show in the score oh well maybe next season I was certainly a lot closer to him this timeklayeckles wrote:Division A
klayeckles (scots) 21/47 vs rexhurley (teutonic nites) 46/43
scots overtook the soft gooey center of the Teutonic boys (poor MF) and did leathel damage before the knights could save the day
Re: macsen has withdrawn from FOGDL
I wouldn't mind giving later antiquity talk go if still a gap.
