Post by zoltan »

Hosts Italy have confirmed that ITC2015 will be held in Rome 5-6 September at the same location used this year.

I think I am eligible to go... who can confirm this?? (was 5th in rankings) then I too will get things booked. Where is the location and what hotels are recommended?

Paul the key thing I guess is whether it is one GB team or two, there's then an email that goes out to ask who wants to go. Not sure who sends that. The nearest hotel to the venue is Hotel Delle Vittorie, Via Col Di Lana 24, Rome, 00195

The venue is the Marina Militare, an Italian Navy building, which is about 300 metres away at the junction of Via Fabio Filzi and Via Timavo.

Its normally Dave Ruddock. He may not be so keen to organise this year, but he might qualify for team USA

Sorry, Team USA has a minimum requirement that have to be able to defeat an American. Ruddock continually fails this test like he did at the ITC this year.

The more Northerly part of Oxford ARE Northern Barbarians! Remember - North of the Thames are barbarians, North of The Wash are savages.

Well if I'm not wanted here... ,
Anyway I'd probably have to fight for the place with Dave, even he's managed to stay above me in the rankings

I was going to say Dave (Ruddock) could go as umpire since he does a lot of the organising. But I don't think I've ever had a worse idea

Hmm, so that would improve the average scores in our team but inject the randomness of his bizarre rules interpretations. Could be amusing
