Error logging into multiplayer

Good day,

I am getting an error: missing_IDS_login_error48 when trying to log in to the multiplayer server. Was working fine in BA2 up until I reinstalled BA1 onto a the same computer and accessed the BA1 multiplayer games.

Would someone know how to fix this message?

We had this issue as well internally but this only happens if someone else wants to login on your computer with your registered game but with a different login and password. If you login with your original credentials, you should have no problem?

Thank you both for your help. How could I go about finding out what my user name and password is for BA2 that has been registered to my game? Is there a way to clear this and reenter a new user name and password?

You usually use the same login information you log yourself into our Slitherine site. If you run the first time the game, you log on with these credentials and it should remember it.

Also Pip will get back to you as he mentioned this error should not come up on the login screen either.
