Bug - Russian Mission Window marked as GSA

Hi Guys,

Only just noticed this but the window around the mission control screen where you view the graphic clips
is marked as "GSA" instead of USSR (or CCCP which is Cyrillic for USSR). Well it certainly was when I flew
this particular Vostok sub-orbital "boilerplate" mission.

Save attached.

Indeed, yes. This was reported long ago but we always forget to fix it. I'll try to get it sorted for the next patch.
