Bug/Annoyance - Launch Failure at Launch Prep Stage

Hi Guys,

Just had a Mission Failure because of a problem at the Launch Preparation stage. Now I don't think this is a
Bug per se, but it is certainly frustrating to be hammered with a Mission Failure because of this AND lose
reliability on my Hardware. Had this been a manned launch I would have been crucified.

Now I know that you could argue that this was an Apollo 1 type of failure, but realistically if a problem
was found in the prep stage it usually just meant re-sheduling the launch and depending on what went wrong
a minor hit on reliability. I would prefer to see a failure at this stage to be a mandatory scrubbed mission
which is frustrating because I have paid money for it, and I have lost a launch that may cost me a prestige step.
These I am prepared to live with, but not a Mission Failure too. On this, unless the failure is truly catastrophic
losing several seasons of development is a bit harsh unless it truly was an Apollo 1 type failure.
