SPM v. 0.8.0 is now available

Hello all,

The latest update for SPM is now available! Please download it directly from the Matrix FTP at ftp://beta.matrixgames.com . When prompted, please specify the following username and password: SPMBetaTester/SpmBeta1114. I strongly recommend you to download the file using filezilla.

Inside the FTP you will find an installer file named SPM-Windows-Slitherine-0-8-0.exe. Just download it and run it in order to overwrite the contents of your current installation folder.

This update includes lots of bugfixes and gameplay improvements. We've also revised nearly all game screens, you'll find out that the UI looks now a lot more crisp that in previous versions. As always, make sure you check the full changelog here in order to get a complete overview of this release.

We've already started the internal testing on the Soviet Race to the Moon campaign. If everything goes well, we'll be uploading a new patch in the next few days.

Ah, sorry, I forgot to comment on that! You can still play the game on PBEM provided that your version number is 0.7.26.1 or greater.
