Beta updated to version 1.3.0. This is just a refurbished 1.2.5 in preparation for updating the Release build.

New 1.3.0 build should be live in about 30 minutes:
* Added automation settings for new improvements.
* Fixed incorrect build durations for roads resulting in roads not always being buildable.
* Fixed automated formers using terraforming options that aren't available yet.
* Misc minor tweaks and fixes.

* Fixed report voiceovers not playing.
