Mac player interested in the EAP?
Well rejoice! While the Early Access Programme is currently PC only, we don't want our Mac players to feel too left out. So if you are able to play Windows games on your Mac, via Parallels or the like, then if you buy the EAP to play on Windows we will, on launch of the release version, provide an free OSX link to allow you to play natively.
So, buy the EAP (and all its bonuses) now with the knowledge that you will be able to get a native OSX version at release!

Nothing we can do there I am afraid. That said there may well be an iPad beta phase, but we can't do an EAP on it.LandMarine47 wrote:So what about us iPads?

Well you could port the current version to the App Store but I think that would be bad for business considering its basically an Alpha test

And Apple does not allow alpha, beta, or any kind of unfinished software on the app store.

Thanks Pip! It's working great under Parallels, but native will be much nicer.
Looking forward to the iPad release too.

Hi!
Purchased BA2 a couple of days ago & have it running in Parallels. First tried to run it in Wine but couldn't get it to run. Will try again later. BTW, is there a manual already available (even a draft) for BA2?

No manual currently - though it is a good point, we should probably try and get it in front of people sooner rather than later!

Hope you can get a draft out soon. It's also a good way to "debug" the manual/get edit suggestions from the group.

Hi!
I have BA2 EAP is running in Win7 in Parallels. Where are the save files located in Win7? BA2 is running both in my MacBook Air (MBA) & 2010 MacPro. Did some gaming on BA2 in my MBA over the weekend & would like to continue that save in the MacPro.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: Mac player interested in the EAP?
As soon as the OSX version releases you can contact support for an OSX link. No firm date yet, beyond "soon".
