MF vs HF

Whats the difference between MF and HF that justify the cost difference?

mounted doesn't have + Poa against HF at impact

MF move faster and easier in terrains

what else?

MF and HF cost the same assuming they are of the same quality and capabilities.

MF are better in terrain and move faster but are much worse against mounted and have a -1 on cohesion tests if they lose to HF.

In a straight fight between say protected MF offensive spear and protected HF offensive spear there is a slight edge for the HF because of the -1 on CTs
