Can't seem to find the stand alone scenarios

Can't seem to find the stand alone scenarios

I bought the game's on Steam...Panzer Corps ($20) and the Complete Grand Campaign ($40). I'm playing the Panzer Corps game now. But I can't find the Panzer Corps: Complete Grand Campaign 1939-1945. Any idea where it may be lurking in my PC?

On the selection campaign screen near the bottom right there should be a dossier
Click that
