Modding for BA2

Post by acctingman »

Is the modding in BA2 going to be similar to BA? Is it easier?

I struggled, in fact failed, in my multiple attempts to mod in BA. Just wondering if it's going to be as difficult in BA2 as it was, at least for me, in BA?

I'm hoping somone(s) out there will mod in Italian, British, Japanese and US units

I guess it depends on what you found to be challenging? Adding brand new units to a 3D game is de facto somewhat involved. It is usually a good idea to start with something small and work up as you get to know the system.

Well I think it's more easier on BA2: the editor is more powerful and have some new friendly features (text markers, achievements tools, lighting tools, etc.) It's just lack an 3D modelers supplied with.
