I have found Black Hat who have a poor selection and references to Falcon and Bears Den but those do not appear to be on-sale anywhere. Are there any other makers or info on the last two?

A closer look at Mr Fairhurst's Mayans may reveal them to be Aztecs in disguise.

Here's a web page you might find handy http://balagan.info/15mm-wargaming-figu ... s-and-maya
Worth bearing in mind that by the late Mayan era the military equipment of the Aztecs had spread to Maya territory, so you won't go far wrong using a good mix of tlaxcallans, Aztecs etc - the main differences would be the hairdo's and headgear really
