Is this unit available only in multi-player and custom scenarios? I've encountered it for the first time in a mod and it looks terrifying :(

I haven't seen it on multiplayer maps, and it is a 'nopurchase' unit, so unless it is put somewhere by the scenario designer you won't be able to get it. I've only ever seen it once during playing, it is given to you in the 'Allied Disputes' scenario of Allied Corps. Just like with the British 'Tortoise'.

Oh cool :) In LoV mod there are plenty of T28s. Although it is still no mach for Maus :) I've seen concept art for it in AC and was always wondering what is that? But I have never seen it in action prior to this mod.
