Unmanned Suborbital Flight Success Unrecognized

Hello,

I'm playing NASA Sandbox version 0.7.24.

In Q3.1961 I'm attempting to schedule a manned Mercury suborbital flight with Redstone Booster but am advised by Dr. Braun that I will suffer a reliability penalty of 15% because I have not achieved the Mercury unmanned suborbital flight test even though I achieved the Mercury unmanned suborbital flight test in Q2.1961.

So I successfully flew the Mercury unmanned suborbital flight test again in Q3.1961 but encountered the same problem in Q4.1961 ???

Thanks for reporting this and for the savefile. SebbiLebga already reported this problem. It's fixed now, notice that the bug was related to the assessment only, it didn't have any impact on the mission outcome.

Unfortunately after proceeding anyway my screen, during execution from the MC, seems to be hung up on the countdown step with the animation display going black. What files should I send to you?

A savefile would be fine, that's all I need for situations like this in order to troubleshoot it.
