cant download scourge of war

hi,first post,just bought scourge of war 150th anniversary,wont let me download,keep getting redownload links which wont work either and help wont let me fill in text in the decription box so I cant send a help ticket,getting a little frustrated as cant find bluesnap when I search for it,keep getting page unavailable message
