Battle line and cohesion test not to charge

Last nyt a question arose at impact:
Does an impact troop bg have the plus one to cmt for being with its commander when testing not to charge if he is in a battle line, in command range of a commander but not actually touching the commander?

In order to be "with" a BG testing not to charge the commander must be physically in contact with that BG. A commander within command range of a BG testing not to charge does modify the roll. Battle lines are only formed during the maneuver phase for the purpose of moving more than one BG. During the impact phase each charging BG moves individually.
