Error installing BA

On my new pc I want to reinstall BA ( not steam ), I have the 1.3 installer which I've always used in the past, but this time at the and of installation it gives me an error ( cannot access updater.exe) and the installation freezes ...
Then I see the folder with the game , I can launch it but if i say to update nothing happens, if I try to play without updating it gives me a crc error...
Ok I could try the steam way ... but I'd prefer the normal installation... what could I do?

EDIT: Sorry .. resolved ! It was the antivirus software!
