Game won't Launch?!

i'm getting 3221225477 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION - Pandora has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support with game logs and save games.

well, since i haven't been able to play the game i assume i dont have any game logs and save games. i literally bought this game 15 minutes ago, since i have a good fiber connection i downloaded it within a minute and i've tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it wouldnt make it play. i bought it on steam if thats of the matter.

Does anyone know what to do?

Sorry to hear you're ahaving issues with Pandora.

The game basically begin to start loging in the moment you attempt to run it.
So, could you please attach a DxDiag report file and your game logs?

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your message

The log file written by the game is located in:
Windows Vista/7:
“C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Proxy Studios\Pandora\”
Windows XP:
“C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Proxy Studios\Pandora\”

Please note that depending on how you Windows is configured, these folders might be hidden.

I have both the things you need ready to attach but when I try to attach them i get this 'The extension log is not allowed'

any suggestions?

Your graphic/video drivers are too old.
Please try update them:

Also you haven't installed Service Pack 2 for Vista. Although that might not be essential for the game as the graphic card drivers, you should always have your Windows updated.

To attach a file you need to click on "Upload attachment" tab in the bottom.
Click "Browse" to select the file and click "Add the file" to upload it.

Your graphic drivers are too outdated (2010). The game won't work unless you can update them.
Try downloading the most recent ones from the graphic card maker. You can use the AMD Driver Autodetect Tool:
