Multiple Keys Tied to Account Cant Reedem Form Steam

I bought 2 copies of the game for me and my friend I redeemed my steam key and both keys are registered to my account I cant redeem the 2nd for a steam key. Help please Thanks.

give the 2nd key as a gift. you have to right click the game on steam and give to friend.
