Bug: Hellfire Strength bonus not reflected in the Workshop

The strength value associated to a unit is not properly using the hellfire's base combat strength (+25%) when in the workshop area.

For example, a trooper with hellfire (+25%) and titanium armor (+50%), should show a base strength of 3.5 (2 * (1+.25+50)). It instead shows a strength of 2.6. If you switch to the machine gun, the strength properly returns to 3.0. I believe it is subtracting +25% for the hellfire instead of adding it.

The strength looks to be normal when the unit is on the board and is not affecting combat.
