I tried to find some info about that in the forum but couldn`t find an answer.
So the question is which core units I should take with me...
Of course all SE-units and then? Better infantrie or tanks or my Luftwaffe? Or a mix of all of them?
I guess in the west-campaign I will face a lot of allied airpower but much less enemy tanks compared to the east-campaign.
Any help would be nice, as I`m about to finish 45 east and than want to start 42/43 west.
What units to take with for GC 42/43 West?

My recommendation would be, if you are going to import a force certainly take Rudel with you and switch him to a fighter-bomber. Otherwise I would avoid taking any aircraft's other than fighters. Allied air force is not a joke like the soviet on the eastern front. You will not have the core slots or resources to build a matching air force and have enough for your ground forces left.
Other than that I would first take any unit with me that has a powerful or useful hero on them like an AA with movement heroes (88 with a movement heroe is really awesome), infantry with two movement heroes, artillery with ranged heroes and tanks with +3 or more overall defense.
If we ignore heroes and just focus on unit type I would take 2 experienced fighters, 2 experienced artilleries and the rest tanks. Maybe one 3 star AA (upgrade to mobile AA if it's towed) to guard my tanks.
I'm sure other players will have better recommendations. Unlike the Eastern GC I finished west only once until now.

The only specific tips I could find are in this post by ThorHa:

If you go in with a good amount of prestige you will be able to upgrade any unit you take with you, but be mindful of the softcap.
One point in ThorHa's advice that stands out is to be mindful of what kind of heroes you have on your units. Some types of hero are especially valueable, like range/move heroes, especially on units which do not get many kills. I prefer defense heroes over attack personally, especially because you will see a lot of close terrain and with a smaller core you can afford less specialist 'close-combat' units.
Core composition is a bit difficult, it depends heavily on your playing style. But if you are a perfectionist you can check out and see what bonus units are given during the campaign so you can plan ahead better.
My personal experiences are mixed, since I like big air forces but have been trying other things as well, and I do not use the super-heroes that are given, like Rudel. If you use them, those units should be first to consider. Generally, I never took any recon units or level bombers with me, and usually no air defense or anti-tank either, maybe if it had some really good hero(es).
Some artillery units with good heroes usually were my first choices, and anything towed was upgraded into good mobile artillery. Filling up with some infantry and some tanks. I rarely used towed artillery, BTW. I usually took a fighter and sometimes a Bf 110.

Re: What units to take with for GC 42/43 West?
Rudel (as a 110) and the best escort fighter, two or three artillery - towed if I have move hero otherwise Stugs, all the SE tanks as Panzer IV. If I have SE infantry, I bring one or two other tanks with the best heroes (usually Ronsdorf and Winsbirger). If all SE units are tanks, I take a few infantry with decent combat heroes and if possible move heroes - in the early West scenarios, speed can be very helpful.
I'd normally view AT and AA as a luxury though if I had an 88 with move hero or +3 attack I might bring that.
