A weird thing happens on the info on fortifications. (and probably on play behavior)
This do not happens always, and in the same turn happens on some tiles and not in others. In the editor they always seems to be ok.

For left to right:
In the editor all is correct (80% for heavy fort. and x4 bonus).
During play (not always!!!) HF cover 30% no bonus.

Second line of images
Light fortifications 68% and another LF 30% (is the same turn during play).
In the editor both are ok.

The values in the tooltips are meant to not give away the presence of an unrevealed fortification so do not always report the true cover value. In this case, I am not sure why the value is not being reported correctly for the visible bunker, but it should not be affecting the combat calculations.

The tooltips use a different script function, GetTerrainCoverValueFromLOS, than the combat calculations use to determine cover.
