I cannot pay in the online shop ??

I'd like and love to buy in the online shop but I cannot.
For some unknown reason, my (belgian) visa card does not pass.
This really pisses me off.
I bought hundreds of items on the internet in the past year, be it on ebay or amazon uk or whatever, so why doesn't it work here ?

Is there no other way to pay ?
Please let me pay you !

I get an error when I access the World Pay site. The message states "information sent from merchants site is invalid, please send the following information to merchant: The Transaction cannot be processed due to the following: a vaild email is required."

Server information 11/Dec/2005 04:37:19 Server ID mggwcc3a (WPReq-6708501)

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a bug in the loading of a web page rather than your card. You could try again later, or send us a mail we'll try and sort it out.

Are you sure you have your e-mail address enter correctly? Check your details and make sure. If its still a problem send a mail to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll try and sort it out.
