Game Registration Problrm

I registered around ten games today mainly to obtain Steam keys for Battle Academy (and Pandora and Distant Worlds when they are available). The games registered fine but when I tried to obtain Steam keys (for Battle Academy) the link did not work/was not responding. I then went to My Profile and none of the games I registered were listed but when I tried to register them again I was informed that they already have been registered. I seem to be caught in some kind of loop. How can this be solved so that I can get Steam Keys? I previously registered Panzer Corps and did obtain Steam keys for it but it is also no longer listed as being registered to me.

I apologize if this is the wrong subforum but I did not see a dedicated support forum.

Usually this happens when you have more than one account created and the games are already registered on these accounts.
Please write an email to support@slitherine.co.uk with your orders reference numbers or with at least containing the games serial numbers.

I logged in today and the games showed up as registered. Weird. Thank you for your prompt reply.
