This will be more or less the point of the "Historical Facts" and the "Buzzopedia", which is are under construction. You'll have that information in the mission description.
- when update buildings (R&D astronaut building ecc...) also increase the update for training, so as to reflect the increase in the quality of the facilities.
You mean the quality/efficiency of the training ? Why not...
- Audio URSS in russian (selectable in config menu)
I don't think it will be possible to select the audio language in the config menu. However, we'll do our best for Soviet missions
- Insert compatibility/incompatibilty for every person (more compatibility % of bonus - less compatibility % of malus, as BARIS)
You mean "crew chemistry ?". This is interesting, but I don't think we will be able to fit it in BASPM Part I. Maybe in Part II ?
- More than 4 engineers for developement
Hint : to make R&D faster, train your Scientifics/Engineers/Technicians. Hire more than you need, and have a "team" in advancing training while the other is working. You really need proficient personnel for complex and long programs like Saturn V (which is, IMHO, realistic)
