Potential bug

I saw this happen more than once, but I don't know whether it's just an animation bug or functional bug:

When a tank overruns an infantry unit that does not have AT charges anymore, the unit still takes a shot at the tank as if they still had them, complete with sound and movement. It would really be annoying for the tank to be destroyed, but since I only experienced it twice (once I didn't notice morale drop, and the other time I don't actually remember, but tank survived) I can't say whether the infantry unit does any damage.

There is no morale damage and no chance of a kill in this case, the resistance is just visual.
