[BUG] missing first astronaught

ok so the subject line was to short so here is the full version

First astronaught you recruit becomes unavailable for any missions except X-15 series

bug replication

1. start a new save
2. when you have the astronaught complex built recruit one astronaught
3. start the X-15 proggram and do missions
4. when you have a satelite in orbit start the Mercury/Gemini/Apollo programs and recruit required mumber of astronaughts
5. notice when you do one of those manned missions the very first astronaught you recruit is not shown on the astronaught selection screen when planning manned missions however any other astronaught you recruit is available

notes this can be very annoying for people who spend several years training a few individuals to go through these missions as this means a loss of time that usualy cannot be gotten back

That's because your recruits are undergoing basic training. After a couple of seasons they become available and ready for assignments.
