Problems with server login

It prompts me to enter my login user and password. I do, and I enter the server room. I decide not to play, and I leave the multiplayer section.
I come in again, and it tells me it can't validate my login, and to contact the support. I quit.
I run the game again anf click on multiplayer. I login, and tells me my IP is banned for ten minutes! (???)

I've had this problem a few times recently I leave it a hour or 2 and it works fine I'm assuming the problems at there end

Hmmm - very odd. I will get the server guys to check it out.
