Panzer Corps Gold edition and Grand Campaign ?

I have purchased PCW gold edition and wish to play the Grand Campaign 39-42. How do i do that? There is nothing in the menu, just the old "normal" maps from the 2011 first edition.

Hi, purchased recently in Germany the boxed Version of PCW Gold Edition including the add-on "Great Campaign 39-42". I also reviewed the Folder Classified, but there aren´t any further Campaigns. Any Idea where else they may be? The cd only contains the file "PanzerCorps-Gold-SetupRelease-v.120-ML" dated 21.Aug.2013.
Did I something wrong while installing?
