Can't read with the e-reader. Just get squares with question marks. I saw a thread about this, but had to leave to register, now I can't find it.
PC windows 7, lots of cache and memory. Some some comments about latest version, but since I just downloaded it, I can't imagine it needs updates.

e-reader v. 2.04

Post by SSLConf_gull2112 »

I saw somewhere that v.2.03 doesn't work on PC's and it isn't working for me. I also saw someone with the same problem downloaded v.2.04 and that solved the problem. How do I get this v.2.04?

Hi,

Please do the following:

1. Launch the reader and delete the downloaded ebook, by pressing the “i” displayed on the top right and clicking next on the "Delete" button.
2. After having doing this, please uninstall the reader.
3. Open the folder where the reader was installed, and delete any file or folder that might still be there after having uninstalled it.
4. Download the last reader version from the following link: http://www.slitherine.com/files/fog/rea ... v2.0.4.msi
5. Install it and redownload your ebooks again.

Well now when the reader launches it just displays a white field inside the Slitherine border. I mouse over it and nothing happens. Any ideas, or can I just get a refund?

Please contact us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk.
We will need you to provide a DxDiag report file.

How to get a Directx Dialog file:

1. click on "START" (on Windows 8 Press "Windows Key" + "R" and go to 3)
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
