How to adjust force points in Skirmish?

I did it once early on, but please remind me how to configure the skirmish set up to adjust the force points on the advanced side directly when the defaults are not desired?

In single player, once the Advanced controls are expanded, you can use the left and right arrows to set Force Points for both sides. In multiplayer, you can only use the preset Force Sizes (Small, Large, etc.).

Thanks, that was it. Was looking for Coop with more of a challenge points-wise but I suppose the players can just cap themselves.
