After pressing the 'End Season' button I'm not able to confirm the end of the season in the next dialogue option ("Do you want to end the current season? Yes/No")
The button gets highlighted but pressing the button doesn't do anything.
Pressing "No" brings me back to the space complex.
Every part of the game is still available, I just can't end my turn.
Reason:
I found out that I haven't any space left on my system hard drive.
The game can't create the autosave file. This seems to be the reason for this behaviour.
As I can't choose a path to where the savegames should be stored the only solution atm is to make some space on the system hard drive.
After deleting some files on my system hard drive I was able to proceed.
I didn't even need a restart.
Can't confirm 'End of Season'
Re: Can't confirm 'End of Season'
I forgot to post some information:
Game Version: 7.15 (I've updated from version 7.3 to 7.15)
I've attached the dxdiag.txt to this post.

Re: Can't confirm 'End of Season'
I thought you had found the solution - lack of hard drive space?Mahok wrote:I forgot to post some information:

The fact is if you are that close to using up your hard drive, running this game will be the least of your worries. Because Windows needs quite a bit of room for running programs generally. So you might find all you games are running slowly and crashing sporadically until you free up some space. I have around 30Gb left on my hard disk and that worries me! I generally try to leave a quarter of my hard drive free at all times.

Yes I did. But I also forgot to mention the game version.
Even if i found out what caused the problem you can never have enough information.

Re: Can't confirm 'End of Season'
Hello Mahok,
Many thanks for reporting this. I'll add some code in order to detect whether the player is running out of disk space and output an informative message in a future version. Notice that it's possible to delete all the autosave files from the game itself: there's this blue button in the 'Load Game' menu that gives you the option to delete all the autosave and stats files except for the most recent 5.
Cheers,

After updating to 7.16 this issue still occurs (and I really need to clean my harddrive I guess).
The anoying part of this bug is that the user still gets no feedback why the game doesn't continue.

Re: Can't confirm 'End of Season'
Hello Mahok,
If you can send me the output_log.txt after you try to save the game with your disk full, that would be great. The file is located under the SPM-Windows_Data subfolder.

I'll try to reproduce this tomorrow.
I just cleaned up my system hard drive so I need to copy some files back there.
