Plane driven off!?

During a skirmish game, the attack of my plane was driven off. Not shot down or a successful attack.

Is this also a new addition? (In my opinion it is. but I am not sure.)

Yes, that is a new feature...fighters! You should have seen a enemy fighter fly by and give you a pop-up saying your opponent has air superiority. THey can chase off your fighters/bombers or even shoot down the bombers.

Also, attacks that are destroyed have a longer delay before their next availability than attacks that are driven off.
