Do warriors musket* impact foot/swords, count as shot armed troops against armoured opponents.

It's not a + against armour.
A better armoured opponent doesn't get a + (for better armour) in melee against Shot.
I think we both knew what you meant, just being a little pedantic...

So musket* swordsmen against unsteady armoured pike are a POA up. Counting as shot AND swordsmen?

Don't have the rules in front of me, and haven't played in a while so memory definitely may be faulty here, but I believe that you are correct.
