B.A. will play on my ipad but not my PC

it plays well on my ipad but it's suppose to also play on my PC .....It's advertised that you flip back and forth between one's ipad and PC with a single copy of battle academy .......how do I access it and/or down load it to my pc with out buying a second copy.....

You can play multiplayer games across both platforms - that is, you can continue multiplayer games on any platform. If you want to play on both iPad and PC you do indeed need to purchase a copy on each platform - Apple does not allow any linkage between App Store products and other products.
