1. does, F.E., a 6 experience level general inspire more morale boost in surrounding soldiers than, a 2 exp. level general? or does he have a larger "bonus radius"? or maybe he is merely better in fighting than the former. in short, how does a general improve, as he gains experience

2. how is this battle rating calculated?
