Unable to purchase expansion pack for iPad

I am trying to purchase the expansion pack special on my iPad Air. It just has a picture of a soldier looking at his watch with the word "waiting" and a timer that is now going on 15 minutes and counting. I have tried multiple times this morning, since the upgrade with this new campaign purchase offer...

Should I just continue to let it run and wait? Or is there a problem and I should close out and try later?

I don't want to lose this offer.

Are you sure that you are connected to the internet, and that you have In-App Purchases enabled in your settings? Those are the most common reasons for not being able to purchase the IAPs.

Thanks for the reply Pip. I have no restrictions set on my iPad. So unless there is something else to look at in settings I don't know why this is happening. I have let it run for over 70 minutes but still nothing happens...the timer just keeps whirring on!

I have even uninstalled and re-installed Battle Academy.

funny that I am not getting an email notification of replies to this thread either. I just happened to check the forum again and saw you had replied.

BTW can I purchase the pack from my pc? To my iPad account? Or am I restricted to purchasing from within the program?

You need to purchase from your iPad - I don't believe it can be done via iTunes on the PC. I think that IAP defaults to off, so you need to go to Settings->Restrictions (possible Settings->General->Restrictions, I don't have my iPad with me) and enable IAP.

Thanks again PIP. I still cannot get the pack. I tried to purchase a single campaign and it allowed me to login. So it appears I can get the individual campaigns...but not the special "buy all pack."

Bummers. I did not purchase the single campaign. But wanted to let you know that it did make the connection to bring up the window to ask for my itunes account name and password.

I will toy with the settings again and see what I can find there.

EDIT: My settings have no restrictions set for in-app purchases.

I have two screen grabs from the ipad. The cartoon of the soldier looking at his watch is on both...but on the one with the individual campaign request you can see the login window for Itunes on top of the soldier. So I can get IAPs. Again just not the package. Am I the only one with this problem?

Make sure you update to v1.23 as this is required before you can buy the expansions pack.

EDIT; I just uninstalled and reinstalled. This time before the game opened it popped up a box saying the mega pack was available. I went to the Campaign screen and it did not say mega pack but added the price for purchasing everything at $29.99 (or close) which was not there before.

This time I was able to make the purchase and unlock all the campaigns.

Can you expand on what they are? Do you see the price for the megapack showing onscreen? What are you trying to buy? What happens? Do you have in-app purchases enabled?

My first suggestion would be to do a power-down and reboot of the iPad to see if that helps.

To answer you, yes IAP are enabled and I've done everything you've suggested. It does not work. I suggest another patch, or talk to Apple about this. And yes I'm purchasing the mega pack

Hmmmm - it looks like something is now right there at all. The other campaigns shouldn't have prices next to them.

When you try and purchase the megapack, what happens?

We have seen many purchases of the megapack, so we know that things are working as they should.
