Drilled vs undrilled skirmishers

I am probably missing something obvious but I cannot find any difference in the rules between drilled and undrilled skirmishers. Drilled cost an extra point so I assume there should be.

Drilled skirmishers cost the same asundrilled, there is no differnce between the two types.
