Strategic Map Icons

Post by hs1611 »

How do I assign a Specific Strategic Map Icon to a unit?

I am using a mortar unit made by guille1434 and in the Strategic Map it shows a Self Propelled Artillery Icon.

Thanks in advance...

The png files seem to be in the directory \UI\unitinfo (axis-core0.png up to axis-core21.png).

I'd try to change the "class" field in \Data\equipment.pzeqp ?

No, that can't be it. I have them as class 4, Artillery, the same class as the 7.5 cm FK 16 nA, towed artillery, and the Sturmpanzer I, Self Propelled.

OK, It's actually somehow connected to the movement type.
Although it it still strange. I had movement type 3, leg, the same as most Infantry units. If I change it to movement type 4, towed, it will show a towed artillery Icon.
Still can't understand it.
Oh well, it's not that big a deal, I'll just leave it as is...
