Panzer Corps Released on Steam
Today we released our first very first game on Steam, the most popular platform for digital distribution. By releasing the game on Steam, you can now choose yourself if you want to play our game via the Steam client. At the same time, we hope to be able to spread the fun of wargaming to a new audience.
You can now buy all Panzer Corps content on Steam. The Panzer Corps base game will go for $ 19,99, Afrika Korps and Allied Corps can be bought for $ 14,99 and the individual grand campaign episodes are $ 4,99. There is also a discounted package that contains all Grand Campaign DLC for $ 39,99. For those who just want to buy everything in a single go, we included the Panzer Corps Collection Package for the reduced price of $ 79,99!
If you have already bought Panzer Corps, you can get access to the Steam version of the game as well. All you have to do is register your game here. Click here to for more information on how this will work.

Yep I replied to that but we thought this was related to the game being in a pre release state and that it was going to fix itself. There are a number of things like that but this was not one. We're going to find out why it doesn't work but Alex has been offline for 2 days as his buildings internet has gone along with 10,000 other people in the area.

Any plans for other games to be released on Steam as well? Battle Academy for instance?

Re: Panzer Corps Released on Steam
to be honest I am slightly concerned about launching the game itself via steam. Push play at steam -> Play Panzer Corps Wermacht at slitherine advertise screen-> choosing resolution -> game finally launches. Too many clicks for way too simple action. Kinda annoying, and yes I know I can launch directly executable file from steam folder, but whatever?

I can think of at least 20 games that do that. The launcher allows you also to run the editor too, so it's not uselesskop101 wrote:to be honest I am slightly concerned about launching the game itself via steam. I have more than 100 games at steam, and every single one could be launched with two clicks...Borsook wrote:I can think of at least 20 games that do that. I don't see how that's an argument, I have more than 800 games and can't think of a single one that has an editor and doesn't use some sort of launcher, can you?kop101 wrote:I have more than 100 games at steam, and every single one could be launched with two clicks...Borsook wrote:I can think of at least 20 games that do that. Well spotted, Unity of Command does have an editor in the right-click menu. That said, launchers are used often, make the editor more discoverable, and add just one more click to run the gamekop101 wrote:how about Football Manager series, Unity of Command?

I'm really glad to see this on steam, and a bit perturbed that I never heard of the game before!

Not your first post - but still - welcome! The game got decent promotion in wargaming press, but not in mainstream one...AgrippaMaxentius wrote:I'm really glad to see this on steam, and a bit perturbed that I never heard of the game before!
