Movies in message boxes?

Just wondering, is it possible to add a movies file to a message box?

Example:

"The Bismarck has been sunk!

[.......................]
[.......................]
[.....Movie of........]
[.....Sinking of......]
[......Bismarck......]
[.......................]
[.......................] "

I remember in the Italian mod, pictures were added, not movies though

The only way I found to include videos was to make a link to a video. But the video is not windowed in the message box.
It could be better, you try to make a animated gif from the video. that works.
