How to Transport Armor?

Hello,

I am playing "Panzer Corps." I am fighting the Italian Campaign and have decided to abandon Sicily at the very beginning of the game, and move all my units onto the Italian mainland. However, I cannot figure out how to get my armor across the "messina strait" onto the Italian mainland. Does anyone have any suggestions? I imagine I would need ships of some kind? Or perhaps it is too late in the war and there is no significant German navy? Staying in Sicily appears to be an ultimate waste, as the allies only increase their strength and presence. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of PC are you playing? Allied? I just tried it on my Wehrmacht version and once the Brit heavy inf. is removed, they crossed fine! I don't have allied, so if there is a diff, thanks for letting us know!!

Move the unit into a Harbor. There you can put it into a landing boat 1 turn later
