Unable to download my games

I had to uninstall my WITE game as I'm unable to download turn 93 (STEF78/frogmarc)

I sent a email to the address support@plimus.com as indicated on matrix and was rederected to anther company called bluesnap... which doesn't reply. My bluesnap request is (#16659)

I can communiqcate my full serial numbers for the game below if necessary:

Gary Grigsby's War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 2272-9070-xxxx-xxxx

Your best bet is to contact support@slitherine.co.uk with your full details and they will get you a new download link (which I am guessing is what you are after).
