Movement increase of tanks via Blitzkrieg development

---maybe this is something for patch 1.07 ???

I tried to increase the basic movement of tanks available with any level-up in "Blitzkrieg" development.
Unfortunately, although it is shown as an improvement opportunity, the movement stays on the basic level.

The following things i tried:
One can increase the basic movement of tanks in the "unit.txt" - no prob
And one can increase the movement of motorized corps (at least - i did not try other ground units) as a development level-up.

But as said -unfortunately- it does not work for tanks!?
And i wanted them to move around...

You can increase movement for any unit in the technology.txt script.
NOTE, the technology_eng.txt is only used for its language strings, use the technology.txt for the numbers.
